Conditions :
To guarantee your booking a cheque (€ drawn on a French account) or credit card (Number, expiry date, security code) to cover the deposit.
Deposit : For a short stay (3 nights or less) the deposit is equal to 1 night. For a stay of more than 3 nights we require 30% of the cost of your stay.
Cancellation :
For any cancelelation : 35 euro fix charge + the following details:
If more than 30 days prior arrival the deposit will be reimbursed less an administrative charge of €40.
21 days to 30 Days prior arrival reimbursement of 50% of the deposit..
4 Days to 21 Days prior arrival the deposit is forfeit.
In the event of a partial cancellation of the booking
Between 4 and 21 Days prior arrival 50% of the price of the cancelled room is forfeit.
Less than 3 days prior arrival the full price of the rooms are due.
Cancellations are only valid if notified in writing (email, fax or mail).

Any cancellation less than 8 days prior arrival and the full cost of the stay will be due
Holiday Cut Short : In the event of cutting short your stay if we are unable to re-let the room the full amount of the original booking will be due..

In the event of a later than estimated arrival please telephone to ensure that the booking is held.
